This year’s event raised funds to support a “Wish List” of the Medical Center’s annual priorities, enabling the purchase of technologically-advanced equipment and providing financial support for critical services and outreach programs. Annual priorities include the African American Breast Health and Sister-to-Sister Programs, the Bayview Child Health Center, the Child Life Program for Pediatric Specialty Center, the Women’s Health Resource
Center, and the Kalmanovitz Child Development Center among many others. All proceeds from the event will go to funding these crucial needs.

“We are truly blessed to be associated with such high-caliber individuals like these three,” explains Wishes for Wellness Co-Chair Carol Bonnie. “The fact that these doctors all have dedicated their lives to helping women and children really made it a no-brainer that we should focus a big portion of our ‘Wish List’ for this year’s event on services to help patients in those areas.”
